Welcome to my website. I'm W.R. Blocher, the author of five books, four fiction and one non-fiction. All are compelling reads that explore the human condition, both in the real world and in fictional worlds. All are stories of the struggle to survive, but in different ways. Holocaust's Child tells the real stories of ten children who survived the Nazis' attempts to murder them. My wife, Amy, and I wrote it. Something About Kate explores a chance meeting that ultimately helps two people heal from psychological wounds. In The Dead Side trilogy, you will be introduced to a dystopian world and how two people managed to survive and to fight back.
